This website presents the work and services of Arizona Photo and Video, LLC. Updated October 11, 2026.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or create a booking. Availability, coverage, deliverables, payment terms, cancellations, travel and any applicable taxes are confirmed in your written proposal and service agreement. That agreement governs your booking.

Collections and pricing

Published collection prices are starting prices for the coverage described. Additional coverage, travel and other requested services may affect the total. Your proposal states the services and final price before you decide to book. Contact us if you need clarification about an inclusion or price.

Photography, films and creative credits

Photographs, films, branding and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Rights belong to their respective owners. Viewing a portfolio or gallery does not grant permission to reproduce, edit, distribute or use its content commercially. Client usage rights are described in the relevant agreement or gallery license. Please contact us for permission requests or concerns about featured work.

Where another photographer or creative partner is credited, that credit identifies their contribution; it does not imply that Arizona Photo and Video created all work shown.

Linked services

Full galleries, the inquiry form and file-delivery links may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services.
