When you inquire, you may provide your name, email, optional phone number, wedding or project date, venue, location, services of interest and message. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. You do not need to send payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information through this form.
How your information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss availability and coverage, prepare a proposal and, if you book, manage the services you request. An inquiry does not reserve a date or enroll you in a newsletter.
HoneyBook, galleries and website services
Our inquiry form is provided by HoneyBook. Information submitted through it is processed within our HoneyBook account. HoneyBook and its security providers may receive technical information, including your IP address, browser details and cookies used to operate and protect the form. The form displays its own communication and security notices.
Gallery links open our external gallery provider, Pic-Time. Media and fonts may be delivered by Wix and Google. Opening these services lets them receive the connection information needed to display their content. Their privacy notices apply to their own services. The website does not include advertising pixels added by Arizona Photo and Video.

Communication choices
You can inquire by email instead of using the embedded form. A phone number is optional. Read the form’s notice before providing a number if you wish to receive text messages. Contact us to update your details or communication preferences.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry and client records as needed for communications, delivering agreed services, business records and applicable obligations. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.
